It’s that time of the week again – Four Bloody O’clock in the morning and when I spread the Nutella on my teacake I had to double take as I was sure it said in the spread “Go back to bed you daft bugger” Bloody Bibby!!!
Out on the bike and had a fantastic ride into work except that Mr Pimple is being to burn which made me think of that song by Kings of Leon but whilst riding I changed the Lyrics to “My Arse is on Fire”
My saddle is beginning to feel like it’s a DOG constantly biting my Posterior
I think I need sponsorship of Sudocreme
Usual bust day in work and then on my bike with a new riding partner Mark WIGGO Dunnington. OMG there was me thinking 26mph on Ashton Old Road was acceptable. Well OH NO apparently 30 mph is the average with Dunners!!
The competitive edge came out in me and I pushed myself even harder to shown that I’m still a force to be reckoned with, although a little smile came across my face when he cruised off into the sunset towards his home like the Lone Ranger.
Onwards I went to Northwich back to tapping out my usual rhythm.
I have to say a Massive Thank You to Mark for riding with me BUT my Thighs would like to say something different to him!!!
Well Off to bed with 780 Miles in the bag – I am now at Route de la Tene, Switzerland
The challenge is now on.
If you would like to join me at any point of the ride, please just drop me a line or message Chris – I would love any company you can give me.
Also on the final day Chris will be riding with me and a few others on his hand-bike from the National Cycling Centre to Ashton Moss Tram (Near to work).
PLEASE FEEL FREE TO JOIN US AND LET US KNOW. WE AIM TO SET OFF FROM THE VELODROME @ 9am
I know i keep asking but please try to donate whatever you can to this challenge / charity as the money will go towards helping Chris and his Family raise funds to convert the downstairs garage into a bedroom for Chris (This last week he was sleeping on a blow up bed on his own downstairs)
